Additional Features Shown Before Release

The free update also adds a craftable shared storage unit. All matching units share the same inventory across towns and locations; the preview showed room for up to 140 items. It also adds frameless glass and a new item for generating electricity underwater.

Bubbly Basin has its own Pokédex, includes some above-water spaces, and has shown Wiglett and Mareanie. Rollout, Rototiller, Rock Smash, and Leafage can be used underwater.

Confirmed and Unconfirmed Content

Nintendo has confirmed a new water town, additional furniture, new Ditto outfits, and more Pokemon. It has not yet published a complete roster, furniture catalog, crafting recipes, request walkthrough, full map, or final patch notes.
