#10005Befriend Jirachi during its wish-strip event, or build Surrounded by Starry Sky. The Jirachi Lamp must be connected to electricity.
#10006Appears outside a rebuilt Pokemon Center during Feebas's Beautiful Scale Collection; afterward, build the Exciting beach event habitat.
#10007Build the Marine leisure activities event habitat with a Swim ring, Cooler, and Beach volleyball set obtained from Feebas's event.
